Eric went to Lauren's and flirted a little. He asked if she needed a ride to the wedding. He told her he was a little worried about Ridge trying to stop Brooke's wedding the night before his own. Lauren told him not to worry about it. He then suggested that he and Lauren go away together on a little vacation.

Taylor, very angry, told Ridge that he still had feelings for Brooke. She asked him what would have happened if he'd made it on time. He just kept telling her he only wanted to marry her. Taylor announced to him that the wedding was being postponed until he could decide which woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Ridge then went looking for Thorne to blame him for the mess.

Thorne was at Claudia's, and she was apologizing for all the trouble she had caused. Thorne revealed to her that Macy was the one who had turned her in to the INS. Thorne promised to get her the best immigration lawyers and told her she had to fight hard to stay in the country.

Sally mentioned Brooke's wedding to Clarke. Clarke wondered if anyone had actually seen the wedding take place. Macy interrupted their conversation with the news that Claudia had been released. She automatically assumed that Thorne had made the arrangements.

Claudia went to Macy's office to confront Macy about turning her in. They argued back and forth. Claudia accused Macy of being insecure. Macy said she wasn't stupid and knew what Claudia was up to. Jack and Stephanie talked about Eric. Jack thought there was something going on with Eric and Stephanie. Stephanie changed the subject to Taylor and Ridge. Taylor talked to James about her situation without actually telling him anything. Ridge confronted Thorne. Immediately, they began to argue. Ridge told Thorne that it hadn't been his place to tell Taylor. Thorne said Ridge hadn't planned to do it.

As Stephanie was about to walk out the door to pick up Taylor, the phone rang, and it was Taylor. Before Taylor could say anything, the phone conversation was over. Ridge asked Thorne what it felt like to betray his own brother.

Claudia tried to explain that she was not after Thorne. She was a woman of principle, not a whore. She hadn't tried to seduce him. She had simply been thanking him. She explained that Macy might cause her to be killed if she were sent back.

When Stephanie got to Taylor's, she noticed that Taylor was not dressed. Taylor told her that there was not going to be a wedding that night. Stephanie knew what had happened and had half expected it. She told Taylor not to overreact. Taylor, crying her eyes out, said she couldn't go into a marriage like that, always wondering if Ridge loved Brooke.

Thorne told Ridge that Ridge didn't deserve Taylor. Ridge declared that Thorne was no longer his brother; he was the enemy. Ridge punched Thorne and left. Thorne just lay there, doing nothing.

Grant said, "Hello Mrs. Chambers," while Brooke looked very glum. They talked about him being a father to her children. She was very skeptical. She told him she just couldn't believe Ridge had actually married Taylor.

Stephanie blasted Ridge for doing that to Taylor. He thought Taylor was overreacting. Stephanie told him he was in serious trouble.

Thorne went to see Taylor to make sure she was okay. Thorne blamed himself for the postponement. She told him she was grateful for him giving her the information.

Ridge went on, insisting Thorne was to blame. He and Stephanie rehashed the things Brooke had done. Stephanie told Ridge to go to Taylor and make her understand, or he would lose her forever.

Brooke told Grant she didn't feel married. He told her that they should do what married people did. She said she was not ready. Brooke told Grant that Ridge was the only man she'd ever loved. Grant told her to just let him go. He believed that he and Brooke could be happy together. He said if he didn't believe that, then he would've called the wedding off. Brooke didn't think she could be the wife he wanted her to be. He wanted her to let him love her his way, and they kissed. She went into the changing room.

Taylor told Thorne that Ridge would get over it, and things would go back to normal. She told him that one day, she and Ridge would be married. However, at that moment, Ridge needed time to resolve his feelings for Brooke.

Grant called his house, where Taylor was, and was shocked when she answered the phone. Taylor told Grant what had happened. Grant told her that she was reading too much into it. Grant said he planned to stay married.

Taylor's phone call was cut short by a knock at the door. It was Ridge. He apologized for the way they'd left things. He told Taylor that Thorne had deserved what he'd gotten. She told him she had been on the phone with Grant. He immediately jumped at her, asking, "What did he say?" He wanted to know if Grant and Brooke were married. She just glared at him.

Brooke walked out in a sexy, white, flowing nightgown. She told him she'd never thought she'd wear anything like that for anyone but Ridge. He started to tell her something. Brooke said, "Don't say anything." She said Ridge had made his decision and married Taylor. He decided not tell her. They kissed. He told her he loved her, and they fell back on the bed, kissing.

Brooke told Katie how disappointed she was that Ridge hadn't tried to contact her. Katie insisted that Brooke take a few days off. Brooke declined, saying it wouldn't help.

When Ridge got to work, he was shocked to find Grant in his office. Ridge wondered out loud if the wedding had even taken place. When Grant boasted about the wedding and honeymoon, they began to argue, ending with Grant throwing Ridge out. Then, as the smile faded from his face, Grant wondered how Brooke would react to the news that Ridge had tried to stop her from marrying him.

Stephanie was outraged to find out that Taylor had told Grant about her wedding being canceled. When Taylor stopped by to offer Grant congratulations, she and Grant wanted to know what was going on with Ridge and Brooke. Stephanie stopped by to offer Brooke her congratulations on her marriage. As they talked, she realized that Brooke was unaware that Ridge and Taylor had not married. Stephanie decided not to spill the beans, and she left. Ridge finally went to see Brooke and ended up telling her that his marriage to Taylor had not taken place.
