Jack and Julia are celebrating their engagement at the Lakeview when Lisa shows up with JJ. She realizes the happy couple needs some time alone and takes JJ back downstairs with her. Julia tells Jack that as her wedding present to him she will try to get along better with Carly for the sake of the children.

Paul and Rosanna begin their wedding in the Snyder barn. A gust of wind slams the door and knocks out the power. Everyone is nervous, especially Will who remembers the last time Paul was to be married. The lights come back on and the wedding progresses. Will gives a heartfelt toast to the new couple as the reception begins.

Jennifer and Mike are flirting, and Jordan is not pleased. Carly and Emily begin to plot a way to recreate Carly's wedding to Jack in Montana. She feels if Jack can see Carly in that setting again, it will bring back his memories of those happy times. Rosanna joins in and suggests that they have Jack's brother, Brad, ask him to come to Montana because of a family emergency. Carly is desperate and willing to try anything.

Rosanna and Paul leave, and Carly and Emily go back to Carly's to finish their plans. They have no idea where Brad is, so they decide to have someone pretend to be Brad. Carly remembers her midwife, Hannah, in Montana, and calls her for help.

Barbara is sitting on Hal's patio trying to remove her ankle restraint. Kim surprises her, and by that time, the police guard has realized that Barbara is no longer in the house. He makes her go back in, but Kim is not buying the tall tale Barbara tells about why she was out there.

Dusty finds Sierra and Lucy deep in discussion at Metro. He tells Lucy their "fling" is over, but Lucy knows that he still loves her. Lily rushes in looking for Craig. She is worried that something has happened to him, but Sierra and Lucy are not concerned.

Kim sits with Barbara and berates her for the awful choices she has made lately. Barbara screams at Kim to leave, and then she vows to get Will back.

Jennifer and Mike begin kissing, but Jen stops him and tells him she wants to go very slowly with their physical relationship. They need to be good friends first, she says. Mike is not pleased, but he understands.

Paul and Rosanna arrive at Fairwinds where Phyllis, the maid, has prepared them a candlelight supper. They begin to make love on the couch when suddenly Rosanna finds a tiny red sneaker under one of the cushions. It is a stunning reminder of baby Cabot.

Lily goes home and finds a man's watch in the planter outside her front door. This is near where she found Craig's cell phone; is the watch Craig's?

Carly and Emily wait to hear from the pretend "Brad." His name is Eric, and he calls to alert Carly to stand by for a conference call to her and Jack. At the Lakeview, Julia answers the phone and tells a surprised Jack that it is his brother "Brad."

The excitement of Paul and Rosanna's wedding is temporarily dampened as Rosanna gazes at Cabot's baby bootie, which she found at Fairwinds just after they arrived at the mansion. Paul insists they leave Fairwinds immediately but Rosanna says she does not want to pretend the past didn't happen. She also told Paul that Cabot's death was not his responsibility and he needed to "let it go." After assuring him that she feels like the luckiest woman alive, the newlyweds get on with the serious business of enjoying their honeymoon.

Barbara's plan to regain Will's trust at the wedding was thwarted, but it doesn't stop her from concocting another. She calls Dr. Kittredge and requests a therapy session that very moment. She is escorted to his office, convinces the doctor that she wants to get better, and requests a glass of water. Her coquettish ways win over yet another man and while Dr. Kittredge leaves the room to fetch her water, Barbara rummages through the doctor's drug cabinet and takes a vial of "something" before he returns.

Lily suspects something other than Aaron's condition is bothering Holden. In the longest conversation they have had in weeks, Holden confides his fears that something went wrong in Aaron's surgery. Lily is gratified that Holden is talking with her again. She agrees that something must have gone wrong with the surgery, but insists that what really matters is getting Aaron better as soon as possible. She suggests taking Thanksgiving dinner to Aaron in his hospital room, and Holden even tells her that he wants her to join them. In the meantime, Bob Hughes breaks the news to Ben that he is suspended as the hospital conducts an inquiry on Aaron's surgery. While Ben is incredulous, Dr. Hughes suggests that if there's something he needs to tell him, now is the time to do it. Ben, once again, emphatically denies using pain killers.

Jack's detective skills kick in as he becomes suspicious of the phone call he received from his "brother," Brad. Not having any memory, he wonders if he even has a brother and a sick mother but agrees to travel to Montana to see them, anyway. He then goes to Holden for confirmation that they exist. Holden assures him they do, but doesn't know about his mother's illness and cannot confirm they live in Montana. He called them "free spirits," and convinces Jack that the story may well be legitimate. Jack is convinced. In the meantime, ever-suspicious Julia shows up on Carly's doorstep as Carly leaves, suitcase in hand, for her trip to Montana. Julia attacks Carly, but Carly tells her the suitcase is filled with clothes for a homeless shelter. Julia also has questions about Brad and Jack's mother, but Carly explains away Julia's doubts with ease. Throwing Carly a curve, Julia apologizes for jumping to conclusions, acknowledges they are in a difficult situation and asks that they be honest with each other. Carly didn't expect Julia to be civil, and she starts to feel guilty. Emily drops by just in time to convince her that she must go through with their plan. Carly leaves for Montana, knowing it may be her last chance ever to get Jack back into her life.

As Carly prepares for Jack's arrival in Montana, Julia promises JJ that they'll soon spend all of their holidays with Jack. Later, when Jack is on the plane headed to Montana, thinking he's going to see his brother and sick mother, Holden finds out from Emma that Jack's family is nowhere near Montana. Holden goes to alert Julia, who immediately suspects Carly of laying a trap. Holden lets Julia into Carly's house and when they get confirmation that Carly has gone to Montana, Julia takes off for Montana, hoping she's not too late. Meanwhile, Jack walks into the barn where he married Carly and is furious when he realizes he was duped. But, as Carly passionately begins to recite their wedding vows, Jack's memories suddenly start to return as he slowly joins in reciting them with her.

Lily, Holden, Emma, Nancy, Alison, Luke, Faith and Natalie bring Thanksgiving to Aaron in the hospital. Nancy reads a prayer that reminds all that they are blessed to be together, but Aaron feels he has nothing to be thankful for. Later, he is humiliated when he can't serve himself pie and he tells everyone to leave him alone. Alison refuses, tells him that she loves him, and that she won't allow him to lose hope.

Jennifer shows Mike the pictures of him in Vogue and then they set out to make Thanksgiving dinner together. Jennifer serves a happy Mike meatloaf and as they're getting to know each other a bit better, Jennifer inadvertently mentions Australia. Mike assures her it is okay and that Katie is not the one on his mid. Later, Jennifer falls asleep in Mike's arms, and as Mike tells the absent Katie he hopes she's happy, Katie is seen in an unknown location reading Vogue and reacting with shock when she sees Mike's Street Jeans ad.
