Fan favorite The Young and the Restless actress Beth Maitland is always a breath of fresh air when she makes appearances as Traci Abbott, and fans will be breathing easy this fall because she's baaaack!
Maitland took to social media with a photo of herself at CBS studios, along with the caption "Guess where I am..."
Following the post, a rep for the CBS series confirmed that viewers will indeed being seeing Traci back in Genoa City, starting Friday, September 21.
The last time Traci was on the canvas was back in May. She was doing what she does best -- holding the Abbott family together -- while Jack reeled over the news that he wasn't a biological member of the clan.
Maitland joined the cast of Y&R back in 1982 and earned a Daytime Emmy Award for her work in the Outstanding Supporting Actress category in 1985. She left the show in 1999 but then returned in 2001 on a recurring basis and has appeared on-again, off-again since that time.
