General Hospital fans surely haven't forgotten Wyatt Hoover, the young Raging Raccoon scout who stumbled upon Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) holding Peter August (Wes Ramsey) hostage while he was hiking in the woods back in 2018. The powers that be at GH haven't forgotten him, either, and they're bringing him back.
The young scout's portrayer, Patrick Gibbons Jr., took to social media to announce his return to Port Charles, aiming his message toward GH fans as well as former viewers of One Life to Live, who may recognize him from his role as Llanview's Sam Manning.
"Just got back from hockey camp and California. #GH and #OLTL fans Wyatt is coming back," Gibbons shares. "Look out for Wyatt soon on GH with a little surprise."

Gibbons took over the role of OLTL's Sam in December of 2010 and played the youngster right up through the end of the ABC soap, even appearing in the short-lived online reboot. His only other credit is General Hospital, which means he's a loyal ABC Daytime family member!
As GH fans know, Gibbons isn't the only former OLTL star that the show's executive producer, Frank Valentini, has tapped to pop into Port Charles. The exec, who used to EP at OLTL back in the day, has also invited other former Llanview residents to the soap, including Hillary B. Smith (Nora Buchanan, GH/OLTL), Ilene Kristen (ex-Delia Ryan, GH; ex-Roxanne Balsom, OLTL), Bree Williamson (ex-Claudette Boland, GH; ex-Jessica Buchanan, OLTL), and James DePaiva (ex-Dr. David Bensch, GH; ex-Max Holden).
UPDATE (September 9, 2019): Gibbons took to Twitter to let fans know that he will be returning to GH on Tuesday, September 10, and Tuesday, September 17, while his big sister, Anna Gibbons, will be appearing on the ABC soap opposite Genie Francis (Laura Spencer) on Wednesday, September 11.
Gibbons also also shared a photo of himself backstage on the GH set, giving a shoutout to his previous soap opera moms, One Life to Live's Kassie DePaiva (ex-Blair Cramer; now Eve Donovan, Days of our Lives) and Florencia Lozano (Téa Delgado). But it was his subsequent mention that his "new TV mom is all aces" that really has fans buzzing. Could Wyatt actually be related to a major character already on the canvas?!
