Days of our Lives fans are about to get a blast from the past because Jaime Lyn Bauer is heading back to the canvas as Jennifer's [Melissa Reeves] mom, Laura Spencer Horton.
The actress, who took over the role previously played by Rosemary Forsyth and The Bold and the Beautiful's Susan Flannery (ex-Stephanie Forrester) in 2010, announced the news via Facebook, writing that she'll be appearing in at least three episodes "but it looks like there will be more." At this time, there's no information as to what storyline brings Jennifer's mom back to the canvas.
Look for Bauer's Laura, who was last seen in Salem in 2010 to say her goodbyes to a dying Alice Horton [Frances Reid], to appear the first week of September.
